As a technical-vocational educator, administrator, and assessor, I specialize in developing end-to-end competency-based training systems. My experience spans designing complete TESDA course applications, structuring Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLM), and building institutional assessment tools, session plans, and trainee progress tracking frameworks.
I lead institutional growth by bridging TVET compliance with industry demands—spearheading program expansions across technical disciplines, diploma pathways, senior high school initiatives, and specialized scholarship grants. My focus is on creating scalable educational structures that empower students.
